Raffles Books Lite can remain independent

Lite stays free inside Raffles Vault. If this organisation later subscribes to Raffles Books, its historical invoices can be previewed, reconciled, and brought across. Once connected, both interfaces use the same canonical Raffles Books invoices.

Connection safeguards

  1. PrepareLink one Vault company to one Books organisation.
  2. PreviewValidate invoices and account mappings without writing accounting records.
  3. Backfill and reconcileImport idempotently, tally totals, then explicitly activate.
  4. Canonical modeNew Lite invoices use Raffles Books records, preventing duplicates.

Append-only evidence of financial and administrative changes.
